Jessica Adams
Executive Director

Jessica has been involved in the Miss America Organization since 2010. She served as the first Miss Greater Salt Lake in 2014 and in 2015 she was named the Executive Director.

Throughout the year, you will find Jessica deeply involved in almost everything that the organization does. She is continually ensuring the organization is running smoothly.

As a former choreographer and stage producer, Jessica is the organization's specialist when it comes to on-stage competition preparation. She ensures our titleholders look their best in their wardrobe, walking, posing, stage presence, and confidence in all areas. She is an avid believer in working as hard as she can to help our queens achieve any and all of their goals.

JennyLynn Meek
Teen Executive Director

JennyLynn Meek has been involved in the Miss America Organization and Miss America's Teen Organization for 25 years. She has served on the Miss Lehi board and was co-director for the Miss Lehi's Teen Organization. She also served as a hostess during Miss Utah week and serves as a panelist throughout Utah. JennyLynn loves these organizations and has experienced firsthand their positive impact in the lives of her three daughters, who were local titleholders in the Miss America's Teen Program. 

JennyLynn has also coached youth performing groups for over 24 years at the junior high, high school, and collegiate levels and knows how to create a place of love, learning, and growth, where youth can thrive and excel. She loves helping young women prepare and develop confidence in each area of competition. As the director of GSL's Teen Competition, JennyLynn commits to making this experience a foundtional platform that resuls in success within the Teen Program experiences and beyond.

Jesse Craig Bailey
Panelist Chair

Jesse Craig Bailey recently graduated Cum Laude from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and is currently attend law school at Brigham Young University.

She served as Miss Orem 2015, Miss Greater Salt Lake 2017, and Miss Timpanogos 2018 and was crowned Miss Utah 2018 after three years of competing for the title. She was part of the first class of women to compete in the Miss America 2.0 system, and she was honored to receive the Non-Finalist Instrumentalist Award at the Miss America 2019 competition. She loved, and loves, promoting her Social Impact Initiative, “Get Up and Serve: Increasing Young Adult Involvement,” throughout Utah. She served and worked with the Lieutenant Governor’s Community Service Commission, the Salt Lake Committee for Community Service, the Utah Campus Compact, the Bennion Center, and she served as a Director of Community Service for the University of Utah to forward the initiative.

Natalie Rasmussen
Executive Producer

Natalie has been a part of the Miss America Organization since 2015, when she was crowned the title of Miss Greater Salt Lake 2016. That year, she competed at Miss Utah walking away with a Lifestyle & Fitness Preliminary Award.

As a dancer, HighFitness, and Upbeat Barre instructor, Natalie enjoys putting together fun, energetic, entertaining performances. With a passion for empowerment, you will find Natalie in every corner of the theater assisting contestants with their competition day needs, and making sure each woman sees their true value and beauty. You will also catch Natalie assisting in interview practices throughout the year.

Sterling Adams
Financial Officer

Sterling Adams has been involved with the Miss Greater Salt Lake Organization since 2015. As a Certified Financial Planner, he is well suited for the position of managing the finances for the Miss Greater Salt Lake Organization. He works meticulously with each of the organization's members to continually ensure a well balanced and financially stable budget every year.

Katina Stephens
Backstage Manager

Katina has been involved in the Miss America Organization since 2012, and was the Miss Greater Salt Lake Organization's first Miss Timpanogos in 2015.

After competing for the title of Miss Utah twice, earning a Top 10 placement, and a social media award as Miss Timpanogos, Katina has turned her efforts towards volunteering, and has served on the Organization's board of directors since the 2016 competition year.

Having excelled in both saxophone and vocal performance, Katina helps out with the Organization's talent workshops, as well as paperwork and interview training for the queens each year. You will also find Katina running the Organization's social media pages, website, and yearly marketing campaigns.

Brandon Stephens
Stage Manager & Music Specialist

Brandon Stephens, owner of Bear Music Productions, became involved with the Miss Greater Salt Lake Organization during the 2016 competition year when he was asked to help out with the competition's production number and competition music. Since then, Brandon has assisted each queen with their talent preparations whether that be through custom music cuts/arrangements, or by assisting at talent workshops.

Brandon is also the Organization's resident "body language expert", and has become a familiar face during interview practices to make sure each of the queens appears her most confident at all times.

Austri Biddinger
Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer

Austri first became involved in the Miss America Organization in 2017 and since then has competed at Miss Utah 3 times - as Miss Hobble Creek, Miss Deseret, and Miss Salt Creek. She was the recipient of the Red Carpet Award at Miss Utah 2021 and Second Runner Up to Miss Utah 2022.
After receiving her bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Austri is now a communication professional working in social media and marketing. She loves being able to combine her professional expertise with her volunteer work in the Miss America Organization. Austri loves ensuring that all contestants feel like the most confident and strong versions of themselves and assisting them in several aspects of their competition preparation.
